Eligibility Requirements

Identity & Documentation

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Provide valid government-issued photo identification

• Submit all required application and referral documents

Financial

• Provide proof of reliable monthly income sufficient to cover rent

• Pay the required rent and security deposit prior to move-in

Independence & Health

• Be able to live independently without hands-on personal care or medical supervision

• Be able to independently manage and self-administer prescribed medications

Conduct & Safety

• Agree not to possess or use alcohol or illegal drugs on the property

• Demonstrate conduct compatible with the safety of residents, staff, and property

Application Process

• Complete a resident interview and housing assessment

• Consent to a background screening and individualized safety review

• Review and sign Silverstone Living's house rules and residency agreement

Availability

• Meet current occupancy and room availability requirements
